I booked through rbo.org.uk and chose our seats mostly because of the sightline info. To be fair, it was accurate and we could see the stage well, with no major surprises when we arrived. The only thing was that one corner was slightly blocked, and I felt a bit dismissed because the notes didn’t really make that clear. It wasn’t enough to ruin the night, and we still had a good time, but I do think the seat details could be more upfront. I’d probably use it again, just with a bit more caution.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but it looked amazing live. The whole thing seemed even better in person than I thought it would.

The loos were clean, clean enough that I didn’t have any complaints. Nothing fancy or special, but yeah, fine, totally fine for what you need.

We stopped in before the show to use the bar and restaurant, it was a really good start to the night. The staff were super friendly even though the place was busy, and we didn’t end up waiting as long for drinks as I thought we might. The food was tasty and came out hot, which I always appreciate. The prices aren’t exactly cheap, but maybe I’m just being unrealistic because it’s kind of what you’d expect somewhere like this. Overall, really glad we went.

I went to a show booked through RBO Innovations, and overall it was a really enjoyable evening. The performance was great and everything went smoothly. That said, my main complaint would be the seat comfort. The seat felt quite tight, and after about an hour my back started getting stiff. There wasn’t much leg room either, so I found myself shifting around a lot. It wasn’t awful by any means, but for a longer performance, it wasn’t exactly comfortable. I’d still go again, but next time I’d definitely be more careful when choosing seats...

I was able to get in without any issues, but the loading took longer than I expected (not a huge deal, just a little annoying).

Picking the seats was easy, which I always appreciate because I can get weirdly picky about where I sit, especially if I’ve already had a long day and just want everything to be simple. The e-ticket came through without any drama too. The performance itself was amazing, and the staff were really friendly. We had a bit of a wander around before it started, and I always forget how nice that whole area feels in the evening, even if I usually get distracted looking for somewhere to grab a coffee. Overall it was a really nice night out and I’d definitely book again.

the location was really convenient and easy to get to. after the show though, dealing with the trains was such a hassle and kind of took away from the night.

Tried calling about my tickets. Got passed around. Different people, same runaround. Nobody really helped. Still not sorted.

I had plenty of legroom, which made the whole visit way more comfortable. I’m tall too, so ngl I was actually really happy with it

The refund and exchange rules were clear, and the whole thing was no fuss really. I appreciated that it was easy to understand

I mostly watched this for the cast, and tbh some of the performances were really strong, especially during the bigger scenes. That said, a few parts felt kinda flat and not everyone brought the same energy. It was still a decent watch overall, but it didn’t totally pull me in the whole time. 3 stars feels fair imo

The music was really nice and I enjoyed that part, but the seat prices felt kind of high for what it was. Am I missing something, or were they a bit pricey?

Went last weekend my quick rule of thumb is if the loos are tidy, the rest of the place is probably looked after too. This place passed that test easily. Seats and floors were clean and well kept, and everything just felt cared for. No complaints from me.

The site works fine for the most part. I did notice a few pages were kind of hard to read, and using the keyboard to navigate felt a bit awkward in places. Nothing major or completely frustrating, but it could definitely use a little cleanup to make things smoother.

I booked a show through rbo.org and, to be fair, the performance definitely had its good moments. The dancers and singers were clearly very talented, and some scenes were genuinely lovely to watch. That said, I don’t think it held my attention the whole way through. A few parts felt a little flat, and the sound wasn’t always as clear as I would’ve liked. I wouldn’t call it a bad experience at all — it was enjoyable enough, but for me it was more of an okay evening than something that really blew me away.
